Enormous strides have been made in recent years towards increasing productivity in corrugated and solid board carton manufacture.

Prime Wire has kept abreast of developments, and offer the full range of broad flat stitching wires in reels weighing 4 kilos through to 150 kilos.

The traditional coating is zinc which is applied by electroplating and offers an element of corrosion resistance. However to suit customers' preference copper liquor finishers are also available.

All broad flat stitching wire is precision wound onto disposable spools, to ensure trouble free dewinding into the most demanding of automatic machines.
