Prime Wire was established to supply the UK printing and packaging industries with stitching wire, and our determined commitment to quality products, competitively priced, has led to regular repeat business from customers all over the world.

We now offer the most comprehensive range of products and presentations available and usually the largest of orders can be accommodated within a few weeks. Smaller production runs can be despatched within a few days. Our service is backed with technical assistance to suit the ever changing demands of our customers.

All our products are manufactured to ISO9001:2008 standards from selected grades of steel with enhanced metallurgical properties. Advances are constantly being made and as the need for greater productivity increases, our range of product presentation has increased from the small 2 kilo spools for "jobbing work" through to 500 kilo reels for integrated "stitchers in line with presses."

We are constantly examining new ideas, and new materials, and great care is being exercised to ensure that at all times we are complying with environmental and packaging legislation.
